About the Role:
As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with ChenMed, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and develop personalized care plans. Manage both acute and non-acute conditions and provide clear documentation.
- Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality management programs.
- Advocacy & Education: Act as a patient advocate, facilitating family conferences, and ensuring education on care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar. Board certification preferred; active state licensure required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting with leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to manage patient panel effectively.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, advanced communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in geriatric care is a plus.

Other Salary Info:
- Full time salary: $260,000
- Sign on Bonus or Forgivable Loan
- End of year 1 and 2 Bonus: $10,000
- Bonus: Shared Success Plan – year one up to $20k
- 401K with 6% match
- Malpractice, tail coverage
- PTO: 16 days plus 3 floating holidays & 3 sick days
- 7 national holidays (NYE, MLK, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- CME - 5 Days
- Clinic Hours: 8-5p
- Monday-Friday
